Creamy Mushroom Risotto: A Luxurious Comfort on a Plate

  Ingredients:

  • 1 cup Arborio rice
  • 4 cups vegetable broth

Instructions:

  • In a saucepan, heat the vegetable broth over low heat. Keep it warm while you prepare the risotto.
